"Beef" and Black Bean and the Golden Buddha

So I have a feeling, that when they made this sign:

They were referring to this dude:

He lives in the foyer of the Hamilton Chinese Take Out. They do awesome fake meat. You know, duck, chicken, beef, pork. Except minus the duck, chicken, beef and pork. Being vegetarian is awesome. I don't have to eat flesh. Ever. But sometimes you find yourself fangin' for some beef and black bean, and it's not like you have a sweet green alternative - 'Oh yes, serve me up a helping of your carrot and black bean, would you, sir?' No. It's cow or nothing. Except at Hamilton Chinese Take Out. They have an entire menu of all your favourite chinese meals, using their awesome fake meat. Lemon "chicken". Sweet and Sour "pork". YES! ...and, of course, "beef" and black bean.
